I wanted to request the advice and a quotation. We have damp coming through the concrete floor, and have been advised that the main problem is that the paving around the house is directing rain water towards the house rather than away from it. We would therefore need to reset the paving and possibly consider other aspects of drainage For your urgent consideration.
I recently installed a jojo tank where the builder placed the pipes underneath a concrete slab but the conrete ended up in the pipes thus blocking it. I would like to relay a small portion of the pipe which directly comes out of the jojo tank and also lift the pump by 30cm. We will have to use a angle grinder to get the pump out.
I need weeding, cutting lawn, clearing weeds from flower beds, some new flower planting, leaf blowing in driveway, flat roof, carport. I own an acre, mainly need top half maintained with perhaps twice a year slashing on the lower half of my property. There is a fence between the two halves, with a gate.

Finally, a ' Hammer Arrestor to the Cold Tap' has been installed. All to no effect. There doesn’t seem to be a solution. The rumbling even sometimes occurs in the middle of the night. Our geyser is on the front wall of the garage. About two months ago we had the geyser moved to a side wall in the garage as we were advised that it was to close to the electricity board and an inverter we had installed. I am not sure whether this could be the problem.
Fourteen living units in the complex, with more or less 3 rooms each. Five big windows per unit. Some safety grids and two small doors outside also need to be painted, 4-5 smaller windows (0.5 m per window) as well. We want to remove all the old paint as it has cracked severely. Some windows have cracks in as well that need to be filled in the process.

I would need a good roof painter to seal our large IBR roof as it requires sealing in some areas like joints and roof screws that has been sealed before not more than 3months ago I need a good roof painter to relook at this to assure all is in order in this regard to protect me as the owner going forward as the insurance company I have requires that maintenance has been done through me to pay a claim if I have leaks going forward etc. House roof area is Square meters covering my entire home. I am 74years of age and not a cellphone fundie!!
I need weeds removed from both front and back yard in Woodstock. We have stones and astroturf however the weeds are growing under the astro in the back yard and on the corners of the gardens and will need removal. There are quite a lot of weeds but there are no flowers that need to be seen. In the front, it is just a few minor weeds that need to be removed, not as many as back yard. Thanks,
We live in an older house. Our washing machine is working quite well, but we need someone to come out and check because our washing sometimes comes out with yellow-ish or orange stains. This also happens in the sink as well and because it is several spots in the house - I think it could be a problem with our pipes. They could be rusted.
