This is regarding the house It's an RDP house on the statement it shows 3 names of people under it, it seems like the house was sold without any agreement We went to court and get the letter of authority and we went to go and do a title-deed and still appears the three names so now we need a lawyer that will help to transfer 1 name in the title deed
Good morning. I hope that you are well. I just wanted to find out if you could please assist my mum with pro Bono work. My mum had bought a house, but shortly after, was retrenched from her job due to restructuring. The bank currently has a legal case against my mum, despite my mum trying to pay and set up payment plans. My Mum was also in line for a really good paying job opportunity that would have allowed for her to make bigger payments towards everything, however due to the ongoing dispute with the bank, they had to rescind the contract. Another lawyer was assisting my mum, and was supposed to send a letter of demand on her behalf, however when the bank sent a summons, they said that they have to work on a contingency basis. We really don't know what to do, and my mum just needs assistance with submitting a letter to defend by Friday the 18th of September . My husband and I are about to get a divorce. For aprox 10 or so years I have been the financial support paying for our family! Not out of choice! In need of a garage conversion into a small apartment. A patio for the main house, which will double as parking coverage for the downstairs apartment. Some landscaping.
