The current house is a 3 bedroom house with kitchen and a dining area. Good morning, please can you provide a quote for the following plumbing issue. There is a T junction where the sewer from one toilet runs into the pipe from the main toilet. The T junction is within about 2 metres from the main toilet and 5 metres from the second toilet. There appears to be a broken or damaged pipe in this area and this restriction is creating a blockage. It seems that the T junction will need to be replaced. There is obviously paving that needs to be removed in order to reach this section. We have previously had a plumber in who tried to clear the blockage and gave us the above information. The house to be built is about square meters. I already have the plans but I need your e mail address to forward it to you. The project would be in Hermon, 24 km from Wellington and 30km from Malmesbury. On this plan we need the IBR sheeting to be one whole length sheet of say 1,5 meter wide and 19 meter long. I live in a house in a complex and have a single garage which measures mmxmm. I would like to have it sealed off, add a ceiling, raise the floor by about a meter, paint, and install a shower, toilet, basin, kitchenette, windows and door.
