This job is to replace an existing wooden gate that has perished. Pictures are attached. Measurements of the gate itself are 79.5cm x cm to the frame. The frame needs to be replaced too. I would need the existing handle and lock need to be transferred onto the new gate and the whole gate and frame installed. The gate need not be identical to the existing one.

I have my 3 x 🐕 dogs sleeping in the house at night. During the day they have access to the kitchen area to rest and eat. I need to activate an alarm when at work, to the rest of the house (2 x bedroom, living area, bathroom) during the day and when I'm away with vacation. I want to be able to see any movement around the house on my cellphone. I don't have anyone during the day at the house when I'm at work. It's a small house on one of the ZZ2 farms. I am looking to install the Quatro Victron System with 24x watt Canadian Solar Panels to ensure that I am almost self sufficient from an electrical supply point of view. I have North facing roof space to handle these Solar Panels and have set up conduits and an extra DB Board for Solar power supply. One 6,4 meter gate. More or less One 2.7 meter. More or less. The two gates must meet. The long gate must be in front of the garage doors. Then other gate can be pushed open . We have a caravan that must be able to pass through the small gate. The attachment between the two gates must be able to go down when taking out the caravan.
I've got a single door garage door which the installer bought from Doorman Vredenburg. The top part was not stable from beginning, the installer told me it was a factory fault and he will replace it for me. To make a long story short, he disappeared along with the Doorman agent in Vredenburg. I need a quote for the top part and somebody to replace it for me.
Load shedding backup system that one can upgrade. I would like someone to explain all the different back-up systems that are possible to use during load shedding so that I can make an informed decision. I am busy at work from 8 to 4pm but I do have some times during the day where I am available for calls as well. If I do miss a call, I am available on email and Whatsapp as well.
I have a complete alarm system with beams and sensors installed but it's the old model which is now malfunctioning cause it needs the original code which I don't know because I bought the house from someone who didn't use it at all now I called someone to help and he suggested I put a new one with newspaper and remotes.
