Yes that I didn't not commit the case and that was revealed after I was found guilty and being sentenced. I already did leave to appeal for sentencing and judgement and both were granted by the high court but I was sentenced by regional court. I already have a appeal Case number what is left to be done now is to file heads of argument and get the date for hearing or seating I have an attorney but he doesn't attend to my matter he's dragging it hopefully I would get help I got an order last year 14 May till now my head's of argument are not prepared. That's the reason I need help from somewhere else probably I will get that help. Thank you.

Not really, except that my Asylum expired on the 17th of January , and when I went there for renewal they gave me a notice to leave the country in 2 weeks and I don't understand why, and I have kids with a South Africa woman so I don't understand why I should leave my family and go back to my country just like that.
