• Describe the problem you are experiencing (in more detail): Our block of flats have been receiving astronomical water accounts from COJ, charging us for fire hydrant water usage. Eventhough no fire hose is ever used, are all sealed and show no leakage, the fire hydrant water meter still runs. There are no visible water/damp seen on the property. We request your leak detection services, to find the leak and supply us with a full report, in order to resolve the COJ bill. Upon approval of your quote, a member of the Trustees will be available to assist you from 2:30 on Monday (16th May) with access to find the leak. Hoping to hear from you soon.
