Good day, we bought a property and cannot move in immediately. As we do have a company doing the fencing and security, we would need a company (24/7) once we take ownership of the property. This will be within the next week - 10 days. Even when we are waiting for the security company to install the system, we would need a company there before, during, and after. I am moving into a new home on May 1st and the landlord has mentioned that there is an already installed security system that just needs to be linked to a monitoring and armed response service. This is for a semi-attached house in Parklands.
We currently experiencing a problem of high crime in our street, during day and night, and the SAPS is just to slow or don't react at all. We therefore decided as the community, to finding ways to protect ourselves by hiring a arm response company that can monitor and and respond to any emergency when needed. We want to pay or contribute as a community.
Currently with a well known service provider, but wondering if they are even still operating in our area, as they are not active on the Plumstead Neighbourhood Watch at all, but I see responses from other security service providers like Ithuba all the time. Our site has been a hotspot this year and we need hard hitting tactical response to neutralise vehicle and stock theft. Guards on site will need to monitor two entrances to the property and log vehicles and people entering and leaving. Forms will be given to guards to capture this data.
