Hi I am in the proses of bying a small house and I want to get a estimate on xpanding the house. Currently it is a 3 bedroom with one bathroom and a very small kitchen. I want to ad a bedroom and bathroom and xpand the kitchen.
Remove old bath and replace with new one. Bath and fittings already bought. Remove old tiles (half wall height) and tile whole bathroom wall.

Hello I've got the metal roof that still needs to be redone and I'm not sure what type of roof is inside the house it's a normal roof white but I think water somehow went into the roof now it's just sitting there and causing my lights not to work and there's a leak next to the light bulb holder.
