My geyser switch keeps tripping on the DB board. We live in a complex so I contacted the body corporate that sent an electrician and said the thermostat was faulty. The electrician replaced the thermostat but the problem still persists. Not sure what else the issue could be. Please advise how much it would cost to repair?
Problem : Mazista Natural Slate Roof replacement (or fully refurbish with new underlayer). My slate roof is in need of full underlay refurb / replacement by specialist slater, or full replacement alternatives eg . metal, shingle etc. It is steeply pitched double storey at 51 deg with multiple large dormers ( x7 ). Total sloped (ie. slated) roof surface is sqm. The fibre-cement gutters can support ladders. Cost of full underlay refurb versus new outer material covering will be key, however migration to a much lighter roofing material like steel (1/5 est) is a strong factor since de-trussing inner sections will allow creation of wanted loft space, so may override cost concerns. Currently replacement thinking is new Standing Seam metal zincalume type covering (if possible due to complexity of dormer valleys), but also metal shingle look alike products, or simply Everite fibre-cement mitred slates. Bearing in mind that the current trusses will be more than capable of supporting any other roofing material without much modification. P.S. See attachment pictures to give a better idea of the dormers and valleys.

Good morning, please can you provide a quote for the following plumbing issue. There is a T junction where the sewer from one toilet runs into the pipe from the main toilet. The T junction is within about 2 metres from the main toilet and 5 metres from the second toilet. There appears to be a broken or damaged pipe in this area and this restriction is creating a blockage. It seems that the T junction will need to be replaced. There is obviously paving that needs to be removed in order to reach this section. We have previously had a plumber in who tried to clear the blockage and gave us the above information. Wiring of a section of a house. The section will have 2 DB's, 2 geysers, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms all with en-suites, 6 other rooms. There rest of the house will be done at a later stage.
