The roof is leaking, upon my inspection i discovered that that the tiles are not even. When is raining heavily that is when the leaking is taking place. I suppose that the roof tiles needs to be fixed and be places in a correct way. the project can take one day to be fixed because is a small portion.

We have 3 bedroom units that need painting, Walls, Cupboards inside and doors, Skirtings. The lounge area walls and kitchen walls above cupboards to be painted. All Ceilings to be painted in the unit including the 3 bathrooms and 1 geyser box in guest bathroom. Some bathroom walls are Tilled to the Ceiling so not much painting in them.
We require a quotation for a fixed-roof carport, with, preferrably translucent carbon-fibre roof sheeting, for 2 cars. Alternatively, please provide us with a quotation of a shadeport, covering 2 cars. se are two small side roofs that were built as part of a big project two years ago. On he side a skylight was added last year and even after numerous attempts to seal it the contractor has failed to sop the leaks. Depending on the wind direction and the volume of water the other side still leaks occasionally also. That side now has a deck over it now, which will need to be lifted. We would like both roofst to be rubberized.
It is more of a shade similar to a carport. It is for my back yard. plus-minus 6m long by 3,5m wide. I am basically looking at covering the space between the two washing poles. The length between the poles is 7.7m – so 8m. The width is between 3.5 to 4m. Basically a carport structure – see examples further below. Not too sure but the sheets must let light through for clothing on the line.
