General Office Maintenance and repair work ! Please do not call - i cannot take calls in the day - you can whatsapp. 1. remove exisiting full windows and replace with aluminium clerestory (row of windows installed near the ceiling ) and build up the wall 2. remove existing sliding door and security gate and build up and install same clerestory windows 3. remove exisiting windows and install existing sliding door and gate into lounge area and build up where needed 4. build a set of stairs from above door 5. Remove exisiting sliding door and security gate and install a set of windows - normal aluminium 6. convert a bedroom into a patio - remove the bathroom , windows and cupboards . make it pretty 7. remove an aluminium window and replace with a door 8. remove a wooden door and replace with an aluminium door These items are additions - not sure if they will need plans as we are extending a section which is covered by the current roof. 1. extend the 1st bathroom , break open a door way and then remodel and add two electrical points 2. extend the 2nd bathroom and remodel 3. add a wall between the 1st and 2nd bathroom to install a 3rd bathroom with a toilet , basin and if possible a shower. 3. build a wall , break open a doorway and install a new bathroom and add two electrical points 4. build a small outside area from the new bathroom All electrical must be included ie COC Company must be covered for damages- their own insurance Main requirements - if possible to do the project over a period and working on weekends is a must as i cannot get off work. would like it if i can make payment when each section of the project is completed and not before the project even begins
We are converting the current kitchen, dining room and lounge in our house into an open plan home office. I need to know which walls are weight bearing and which walls can be broken down. The job mostly entails demolishing walls, removing door frames, removing window frames (and saving these for use in other areas of the house), as well as building an addition/extension to the house. This may include redoing the roof where we are extending.
1. All 3 window’s putty needs to be painted – paint door both sides, paint inside and outside of small window 2. Where kitchen tv was hanging, seal the holes with plaster ad repaint the back wall 3. Kitchen cupboard below the sink needs to be repaired. Nails need to be used to fix the inside frame 4. Kitchen cupboard lock needs to be replaced 5. Main bathroom shower needs a bracket at the bottom of the glass door 6. Rehang two single bed headboards 7. Pool Brick holes to be filled in. (small nail holes in the bricks where pool cover was)

We have a three bedroom house with a huge living room and rather small kitchen.we would like to renovate and move the kitchen to another area etc.we would also like to to see if we can add a bathroom in the main bedroom and use some of the bigger space where the living room currently is to add stairs to the top which will lead to a balcony.the balcony must be like a braai area at the bottom or a relaxation or entertainment area
1 garage with 2 floors [floors needs skimming or leveling, tiling or epoxy or vinyl floors, cupboards to be put in place], 1 bathroom - convert whole bathroom into shower. 1 bedroom has a 3m window to be removed and closed up. Main house and garage have structure cracks and plaster cracks, needs fixing, full interior paint work to be carried out.
I am looking to add an additional bedroom inside the apartment in order to divide 1 big bedroom into 2. There after I would like to update the bathroom including, new toilet, tiling, bathtub, shower and vanity cabinet. Tap connector to wall for washing machine is leaking, need to be replaced/fixed 4. Counter by wash basin in kitchen needs to replaced/fixed. All these does not need to be at once, can be done separately. The roof is most important. Items numbered in order of importance.

Grass lapa potential refurbishment /OR replacement with new patio roof.
