is a non profit company. We are a approved 18A NPC. At the moment the ministry don’t have almost income and we are about to launch for online donations. We would like to know how to handle our tax and how it works to give a tax reduction to donors. We are missionaries and live mostly in China. The ministry is set up to provide all our services for free and income is based on donations only so that we are able to provide our services. We preach the Gospel to those who have never heard. We then disciple those people. We also help were there is need, provide free discipleship, input into peoples life and help with victims of abuse.
Yes im married to a foreigner. And he throws me out of the house and don't allow me to speak with my children in private on the phone since they are in Bangladesh, unfortunately im unemployed and threatened that i will never see my children so i really need help. My nephew, has been in detention at Dundee Police Station for 4 weeks, with 4 times appearances in Dundee court, and the first 3 weeks had been remanded due to investigation underway. During the fourth appearance, only then that his side of story was listened to for an alleged offence that he was not part of. I sold my company to a JSE listed company in . I had to do a 3 year earn out. During this period I introduced them to a friend of mine who wanted to sell his company. They bought his company in and when I asked them for a commission they told me as I was ‘working’ for them they were not obliged to pay me anything. This has been bothering me for some years. I need assistance to access my UIF funds when I resigned from work in March . I made application in February . I was told it's declined because I applied after the required period which I dispute because I contributed to UIF for 8 years, therefore I cannot be told I forfeited my money because of expired period. Reason I did not apply early is because I still had money, and thought I was saving and applying control by not applying to avoid misuse. Please help!
Couple got divorced and then moved back in together. After the continued domestic abuse, wife moved out again. Husband has no job and is forcing wife to pay half of everything, which is not part of divorce settlement. Children are involved and are living with the husband in the house. Need help please
