We require estimate costs to convert a set of stairs at the back of our building to a plain concrete ramp. The ramp should have some grip so there is no potential for slips. Tiles on these stairs need to be removed first. Please see the attachment to get a better idea. Kindly let us know roughly what this project would cost. Thank you.
Our garage goes has a door leading to a downstairs flat - this is separated only with drywall - it needs to be a solid brick wall if we want occupancy in the flat (fire regulations I believe). Remove drywall and replace with brick wall. In the main house we have a bathroom with bath, shower and basin and want to remodel this to include a toilet - it is outdated so take off all tile from the walls, new bath, basin and tiles - shower likely needs replacing if tiles are being replaced.
Good day. I have a 3x3m enclosed courtyard in the middle of my house that I would like to renovate into a baby room as an extension of my home daycare business. I need a box-gutter installed to relay water through the ceiling to connect with another gutter; I need a drain moved and plumbing rerouted to an existing system; flooring installed; a insulated ceiling installed; a window closed; and a sky-light/window installed. Pre-approval from the municipality has been obtained, I am currently in the process of applying for formal approval.

We currently have a bunded steel structure for our Flammable liquid store. Capacity is ltr. We need to build a new flammable liquid store with bricks, vents, fire-doors and a concrete slab roof to comply with the regulations and standards. Will it be possible for you to assist with the building work and conduct a site visit prior to the go-ahead of the project. We have approved council drawings. Building drawings for the new flammable store, we can obtain if required.
I am looking to get quotes from contractors that do lot clearing work in preparation of building. The driveway is more complex than the average because of the elevation of the lot. The official driveway can only be constructed once the plans are approved, but one can clear the area of its construction ahead of time. So, the plans submitted for approval can act as a guide for the preparatory work. Do you know of contractors in the area I can contact for quotes?

The existing structure is a small three-room house that is currently in poor condition, both structurally and aesthetically. The layout, shape, and overall stability of the building are inadequate and no longer suitable for comfortable or long-term use. The project therefore requires a comprehensive renovation and structural redevelopment, to the extent that it will effectively resemble a new build. This includes possible demolition of unstable sections, redesign of the layout, strengthening of the structure and foundation where necessary, replacement of roofing, flooring, walls, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as modernization of both the interior and exterior finishes. The intention is to transform the current dwelling into a safe, modern, functional, and visually appealing home.
Hi there! I'm . I need an ESTIMATED quote to renovate my tool shed. It's a 5m x 4m brick-room, which requires: * New ceiling * New plaster * New non-slip floor tiles * And of course the light fitting and 2 switches must be re-fitted. * With this, it also has a small 1.5m x 50mm window that needs replacing. Please advise costs to renovate, as well as a separate quote indicating what it would cost to build a room like this from scratch (a brick-room with door and security gate). Thanks!
