I need a quote for a plan. House extension
Modern minimalistic
3 beds, 2 baths (shower and bath) and a guest toilet, a garage, and a carport. Lounge, dining room, and kitchen.
Location is in rural area in Ndwedwe Mission.
The plot is sqm. The plot is 2 Klippringer street, Van Dyksbaai, Gansbaai. The house size including a double garage is +/- sqm. I attach a photo of the plot and a sketch of more or less what I want.
I want to remodel my house into rooms with bath, kitchen per unit such as a guest house. I want to turn it into 6 units.
I would like a plan for a double storey building in my back yard.
Looking for a budget friendly simple design - cottage/ flat on an existing property, approximately 90sqm, 1 or 2 bed + loft and garage / carport. Ground is sloped, and want to use the ground in steps.
