We have the top vinyl laminate at the moment. the kind that is not glued down. it could not stand up to a thorough flooding these last storms. waterlogged and curling at the edges, strips of vinyl coming off in the heavy traffic areas. The property is a residential complex. The outside walls, some roofs and walkways need painting. Best would be if a contractor could view the property before quoting. i HAVE MOVED OUT OF A TOWNHOUSE AND REQUIRE CERTAIN ROOMS (not all rooms) TO BE PAINTED OR RESTORED back to the condition when I originally moved in. I will need certain picture hook holes patched, and any nicks on the walls patched as well. The ceilings do not have to be painted, This is interior painting only. There may be one cabinet door in the kitchen that will need to be painted as well.
