My roof leaks every time that there is heavy rain. If there is continuous light rain, it will not leak. It leaks mostly on the Eastern side, but if the heavy rain continues for a while, then it leaks everywhere in the house. My husband keeps insisting that it is the wind blowing in rain, but even when there is no wind and only heavy rain it will leak.
My patio and garage roofs are currently flat roofs, constructed of metal sheeting covered with torch-on waterproofing. The patio roof was damaged in the hail storm in November last year. I would like quotes to replace both of these roofs with proper angled structures, with either tiles per the main house or metal sheeting of a matching colour. Project objectives: durability, low maintenance going forward, good water run off/guttering. We are looking at an area of approx 75 m2.

I would like to find out (more or less) what the cost would be per square meter, to convert to Harvey tiles or a tiled roof. I need someone to come in and deep clean my apartment before my tenants make occupation. Everything needs to be spotless. I have furniture that needs a serious wipe down and everything else needs to be clean inside and out (fridge, cupboards, oven etc…) The cleaner would need to bring their own cleaning supplies! It's a moving in clean so the house is still empty. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Window cleaning and cleaning inside the oven and cupboards is required. Cleaning of the walls is also required. The living room has a high ceiling with beams and I would like the beams to be cleaned so a ladder is required. The blinds also need to be cleaned.
Dear RV Smith. My name is . My roof was Very flat. You advised that it does not need corrugated iron instead you put that stuff made from tarr. Ido not know whether you call it dempkos or dampproof or what. The problem I have is that this roof produces substance that makes water from the rain brown and I have water tank to trap rain water and reduce municipal water bill. I therefore request from you what paint can I use to prevent that black tarr liquid from coming out. I do not need reroofing that is what you did.
