No they were never punctual, he had too many people to come and work and who are not skilled hence the work was so shabby. I doubt if he is trained to do what he does or he came to SA to exploit pensioners like myself. I am heart broken but I have learnt my lesson. I had more work to offer him but he chose a crucked path then let it be
When he first came to my place I thought he was someone reliable because he gave me the impression. When they started work I began to realize this was not the best , they broke a mirror did not inform me, the bathroom window has no latch, the kitchen window installed the outside inside and inside outside, now the window opens weirdly. the bathroom window cannot be closed because there is no latch. When I first complained he said he will come and fix the things that were wrong, then he told me a month ago he did not have money because Pro compare has not paid him I asked him I have just paid you a lot of money. then he blocked my calls I reported him at pro compare , he immediately called and it is not 4 weeks he has not come and I am not going to pursue him. I would like to warn people in Durban where he is based not to take his services. Let him continue and see how far it goes I pray he pays big time one day and Pro compare remove his company on their website
