I want to renovate my bathrooms and kitchen. The one bathroom is currently what used to be a linen closet which I want to extend into the second bathroom to make it slightly bigger. I want to also combine the second bathroom with the seperate toilet to make up for the space which will be lost to the first bathroom extension. I want to redo the kitchen completely by breaking one wall which seperates the entrance hall and make it more open plan.
We currently have a rondavel there that is inhabitable. It would need to be demolished and rebuilt. According to our shares we are allowed to build a m2 unit + 55m2 patio. Since this is exploratory I am trying to get an estimate of what it would cost to build and see if other shareholders will be willing to contribute. Could you provide me with a rough estimate of the price per m2?

Bathroom Renovation • Remove existing fittings. • Install new toilet, shower, and sink (sink to be moved to an area where piping already exists). • Install new bathroom aluminium door and window. • Close up old door opening. • Finish with waterproofing, tiling/painting as required. ⸻ Key Question Can the above full scope be completed for ~R, (all-in, including labour, materials, and finishes at a mid-range spec)?

I'm looking to install vinyl flooring throughout the house. This might require the removal and reinstallation of existing BIC in Bedrooms, Kitchen, etc. Majority of the house has existing terracotta tiles that will need to be removed and I'm assuming the floors would need to be levelled before installation can happen.
