1) We had a geyser replaced a in our roof few years ago. With a recent conversion to a solar geyser the company that did the work pointed out the the replacement geyser had not been placed on a proper support platform. One side of the geyser is resting on a wooden support, while the other side is on the drip tray. We need a proper support platform for the geyser (as per insurance plumbers that replaced an outside room geyser the main house geyser will need to be drained and then proper support platform installed. 2) The air vent form our second toilet inside is releasing a really bad smell (possible seal has gone). The external outlet pipe for the same toilet is also leaking at the join. Temporarily sealed with prattley putty. 3) Plumbing in sealing rattling when cold water tap turned on and what seems to be excessive overflow. Company that installed a solar geyser recently, replaced the pressure valve which they said was the issue. However plumbing still making noise and overflow still occurring.
Almost every week the municipal sewage 'mainhole' blocks in our zone. The unfortunate part is that the blockage comes out in several yards, but my yard is worse, there will be more sewage water spillage from the drain and the toilet pipes compared to other houses. I have a feeling that there is something faulty with the pipes in my yard, because every time when they unblock, they'll go to mainhole, not in my yard. I want professional plumbers who can come over here and check what could be the problem.
Hi need a 13m 2.5mm cable run from dB board to outside room and connected to the existing plug point in that room. Will also need a 20 amp circuit breaker added to the dB board. The old cable already in the room must be blanked off. The new cable must also replace the existing cable that feeds the light switch. Take note that the new cable that will run down to the room will be in the open so must be placed in PVC conduit about 4m long
Apparently my shower is leaking to below unit...something about shower trap. Below is what I need to do. Since around the 19th or 20th of March, when Tshwane temporarily shut off the water supply due to maintenance work, I noticed that the hot water pressure in my unit significantly dropped once the water was restored. For the past 10 days, the hot water supply has completely stopped working, meaning the geyser is not functioning at all in any of the taps in the house.
I lost my eldest son tragically a day after his 24th Birthday.. He had drowned at sea and his body never found. I had no closure body leading me into a terrible depression and grieving for 6 and half yrs. Financially I could not maintain my home inside at all. I am healing now and have saved some money to try and restore my home. The doors handles are broken, have 2 young sons, the walls in myhome need plastering, painting but I will be bringing a company in to give a qoute to remove the mould. I have sticker tiles on my floors that to be replaced and my front and back door need to be replaced and I would like my bedroom to be replaced with a patio door. I would like to give 2qoutes please.

The attached pictures show the current situation - we need new handles, but appareentlt have to remove the whole brass unit , i think its called the mixer (but not sure) ....then get new handles . hot water and cold water are coming out as normal , but we have to use a spanner to open---thats why we need the whole set - please quote on the whole amount.
A burst pipe or geyser in my house. , reported to SANTAM INSURANCE waiting, they cannot allocate a plumber... Blaming it on being a holiday. I do understand. So does this mean that emergencies can only be attended to on normal week days and working hours, NOT ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.... Now SANTAM asks me if I mabe know of a plumber who can atleast come isolate the water????? When I contacted the SANTAM PLUMBER assigned to come sort out the problem, 4 hrs later he says that his guy on duty is not answering his phone. The owner from STELLENBERG PLUMBERS... hi - I am enquiring about the removal and replacement of 2 rusted trellidoors that leads onto a balcony. Also, both trellidoors leads from 2 bedrooms, and the one bedroom door to the balcony does'nt have a key to open it - this door might have to be " lock picked " in order to open it. Can this be done and if someone can respond to me ASAP please ?
