Hi I please need quotes on rewiring a 3 bedroom house and getting the db board up to code. The house was ransacked years ago and not only was the electricity meter stolen, but a lot of the wiring also. The house however is still connected to the electricity grid, but is apparently not up to standard in order to have a new meter installed. Thanks

Toilet repair: Cistern was leaking; daughter and gardener dismantled the parts in an attempt to repair the leak but couldn't reassemble the parts. Kitchen sink mixer - cold tap leaking so that it has flooded the cupboard. New washers? New mixer?
I have old metal gates that my late dad put in years ago. I had palisades put in to heighten the walls, to make the property more secure. Now I need the gates heightened by joining them to a metal base that must be made. I will accept advice on best method and materials to use. I also want to convert these gates from swing gates to folding sliding gates placed onto a metal rail. I attach a rough schematic. I attach pictures taken of the palisade installation. It can be see that the gates need a base to be made to heighten per schematic attached. Please advise.
It will be a 2 part build over different periods. 1st part will be the house, 3 bedroom ( all with on-suite bathrooms), open plan kitchen lounge and dining room, scullery/laundry room. 2nd part will be the Garage, this will be a 3 door, but with a large amount of space inside as I will be working on my private projects so this does need space. It will also include a bathroom and small kitchen area.

Build a patio, install pivot, sliding doors and two windows and build stairs where necessary. Paint interior walls and doors, new flooring with vinyl, Decorative ceiling and steel balustrades as well as paving. Basically, there's a lot that needs to be done around the house. i would like to add 2 more bedrooms, enlarge the existing 2 bedrooms to make them spacious, and make room for fitted closets / in built or fitted cabinets and ensuite batheroom, enlarge the dining or remove dividing wall between dining n existing kitchen to allow room for open plan, extend kitchen a bit to allow for the island. something like that....
