Leaking roof of my carport and a driveway gate, the problem with the lock
This small residential property is in need of various maintenance/ repairs ;including the retiling of a bathroom, fixing of a water leak (inside the wall), hang/fitting of three doors, light fitting, minor brick work and electrical works (relocation of light switched)
