I removed the tiles from the floor of my balcony as I had water problems in my braairoom below the balcony. I then sloped the balcony floor away from building walls and made the water exit holes bigger with more slope. I now need waterproofing on the floor of balcony. Question: If I want to use the balcony, can I walk on your waterproofing ??
We have a house at Zimbali that we rent out and needs a few touch up, paint from dampness, outside maintenance (wall cleaning etc) painting on the inside, check the roof for any damages as there is dampness coming through, painting inside, bathroom ceiling, cornices, cupboard shelves to be replaced etc.

They are in poor condition now but I want to improve them by increasing their size, including a bathroom, sink, giza, good ceiling and tiles. I want to know the possible cost and then gather the amount. The only limit might be sizing, the size of the yard might not allow increasing of the size.
I have an old house that needs a face lift. It’s a 3 bedroom house. I need a quote on removing a wall between the kitchen and lounge to create an open plan space. I also need a quote on removing a wall between the toilet room and bathroom to create a one bathroom. We’d like to change the floors from carpet to vinyl throughout the house and update the popcorn walls to flat walls. Some of the walls have cracks in them and I’m not sure if they can just be plastered. We’d also like to update the bathroom and kitchen by adding new cabinets, basins, etc. Basically a full renovation. I would like a quote for waterproofing. The structure is a concrete roof, it has been treated many years before but now, during heavy rains, the water is seeping through again, especially by the steal beams and where the walls join. I need a rubber-like type proofing please, not just a type of a painting. I am not an expert on this, but that is the type of application I have in mind.
