We are a Community Church leasing the land (subject to offer to purchase) next to Waldrift and Carltex garage cnr. Old Joburg Road (R82) and Sinclaire street. There is a precast structure, wired fence, toilets and containers. I currently have 2 separate doors outomated with one centered Gemini motor. The current roll-up steel doors are old and grinding it out every time we open it. The doors either have to be replaced with 2 new doors, or have to be replaced with one solid door with a new motor. The current motor is however fine. Our site has been a hotspot this year and we need hard hitting tactical response to neutralise vehicle and stock theft. Guards on site will need to monitor two entrances to the property and log vehicles and people entering and leaving. Forms will be given to guards to capture this data.
