I am disappointed, the installer (WBY Solutions) sent to do my entrance did not complete the work even though I had paid him in full. Secondly, the pedestrian gate lock does not open. I messaged him more than 10 times, does nor respond or even acknowledge me on whats app. He promised to return and fix it and do minor works on the gate.

We had WBY solutions(PTY)LTD(Wynand Young 0813191838) fitting a build in cupboard at our Sons apartment at Wilgeheuwel Roodepoort. I paid him the full amount for we trusting them and Pro Compare. He fitted the cupboard with scrap wood and we were told that the wood fell from his bakkie while transporting it. He then promised that he will replace it. It is now several weeks later with empty promises.
