Water supply to complex must be turned off , so that the stop cock can be replaced. I've done renovations to our flat ,and discovered a ancient, faulty stop cock. The stop cock is leaking and is on the main water supply pipe to our unit. We need to replace this faulty stop cock, and fit a new one. The problem is that we need to turn off the water supply to the complex, replace the stop cock, and return the water supply.

Toilet is not flushing properly. It only flushes when I open the clean out pipe and let the air out. The last few days even that is not helping to make it flush and the drain fills up.
