Few plugs has crackling when power is stored after load shedding.

When I plugged in my power socket, it made a cracking sound when I switched on the socket on the wall initially . Thereafter the cracking sound might be there or not be there. I just need someone to come have a look at that and advise if everything is fine and safe.
