Good day. I have 2 bathrooms I want to renovate, main bathroom and ensuite. The main bathroom is about cmxcm and the ensuite is about 98cmxcm (my measurements could be slightly off). The current bathrooms need to be stripped and we will replace everything. The bath will be replaced with a shower in the main bathroom. We will be using a xmm tile which is R.36per m2, floor to ceiling (floor is matt tile and wall is gloss porcelain). Both shower floors will be walk-in with a ‘Charcoal Textured Unglazed Porcelain Mosaic Sheet xx6mm’ which is R40 a sheet. Shower system to be installed in both are waterfall with hand shower. Vanity with basin and mirror to be purchased at Tile Africa (R5 + R3 ), toilets as well (R2 each). We want to buy the shower system, faucets and drain covers (long rectangle) at Temu (will this be an issue?), which will all be black. The ensuite will be done first, then the main bathroom after. This is to ensure that we have functioning bathroom whilst the other is being completed. The current pics of bathrooms attached. I also need to add plumbing for the washing machine and dishwashing machine in the kitchen. Wondering if its possible to stack the washing machine on top of the dishwashing machine, but there has to be something stable fitted to hold the heavy washing machine. The plumbing will have to be done from main bathroom side as the kitchen is right next to it (corner by window, where bath is now).

There is an existing smaller bachelor pad in front of one of the double garage bays that opens into the garage. We want to extend it into that garage bay taking roughly another 3 meters of space to create a bigger bachelor pad. Renovate two bathrooms: Bathroom 1: Reposition and install new toilet and basin, associated plumbing sewage piping and breather. Break out small wall, create walk in shower with glass dividing wall. Re route plumbing and install new fittings. Remove old wall and floor tiles, prepare walls and floor to smooth finish, waterproof exposed walls and floor. Install walk in activated light and extractor. Install bathroom access Sliding door. Clean up and remove all building rubble. Bathroom 2: Remove and install new bath, toilet and basin, re-route plumbing and sewage lines as required. Remove old wall & floor tiles, prepare walls and floor to smooth finish, waterproof exposed areas. Break through wall between bathroom and master bedroom and install door frame and sliding door. Install translucent glass block work below ceiling between the two bathrooms for improved light transfer. Estimate 3 to 4 courses below ceiling height (depending on block sizes) Install walk in activated light and extractor. Clean up and removal of all rubble.
I want just an L shape design along the walls measuring cm and cm on the longer end of the L. It needs a fitted sink and oven with gas stove top and a frame at the end of the longer side of the L for the fridge to slide in. I don't want full roof length cupboards but just bottom cupboards and then top tier cupboards. I want white cupboards with a light oak wood counter top.
