Hi I just bought this house and would like to make some adjustments to fit my liking. I need the main bedroom to be extended including a bathroom, need the kitchen to be completely renovated, need the visitor's toilet to be completely renovated as well, need the living room to be remodelled (some middle will need to be broken down) I would rather prefer an onsite quote, the boundary quote need to be built as well...

To protect cars from falling pine tree leaves and other leaves that get blown down 3m wide gap from the house wall to the side wall. The overall length of palisade fencing by adding up the 3 sections that need fencing is 13.5m but is required as 3 separate sections. Details of the 3 separate sections that need to be fenced are: 1) 4.3m section between house and vibracrete boundary wall (fixed panel, no gate) 2) 4m section between 2 brick pillars (fixed panel, no gate) 3. 5.2m section between a brick pillar and vibracrete boundary wall (this 5.2m section should be inclusive of a sliding driveway gate. The area to be closed of is a tarred surface left side fence 3m front fence 61m with 6m and 3m opening for gates right side fence 3m Please allow for the 2 gate openings and if you do gates please quote separately. I'm looking for a shaded carport for 2 vehicles with a possible second one (also 2 vehicles). The first will be located in front of a double garage and the second to be determined. The carport will be standalone unless otherwise advised. The current space available for the first is about the length of two VW polo (Hatch), not sure about the length meter-wise.
