I need advise on something taking place at the company I work for. There are currently 5 salary levels and the company is making level 4 and 5 redundant ( lowest levels) I have to increase my output to move to a level 3 and I confirmed what the salary level 3 is currently. it was given to me verbally and not via email. I'm querying it again and waiting feedback. Is the company allowed to lower or reduce the current amount?

DB box and circuit breaker where never installed, earth leakage was also not connected. If the was a lil fault the whole house would go dark. Eskom came fixed and changed certain parts, including the pole they also requested the box be fitted with breakers to know where the fault is. Individual respond is going round in circles. We are moving house from Bayview to Hartenbos Central. The distance is about 3.5km. Current house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. Furniture assembly and packing will be done by the time you arrive. It is only moving the bigger furniture from current house to next house. Day of moving: 1 July or closest to it.
