Hi there, We need three nails put in the bathroom on the concrete walls (no drilling through tiles). 1. One for a shower caddy inside the shower (above the tiles) 2. Bathroom mirror above the basin higher up than the current mirror as we're replacing with a larger, round mirror. Current square mirror is stuck on with double sided tape 3. Picture frame high up on wall above toilet Ill send photos shortly. We'd like a quote. We are too nervous to drill ourselves because its a bathroom and we dont know where plumbing may be. City power of Johannesburg has been billing me on two meters for seven years wich were removed in ,these meters were removed by them and replaced by a smart meter .one month they billed me R 27,rand for one months usage. since then i have been monotoring the readings i have it on flash drive and cellphone. I have tried every thing to get them, even an ombatsman to rectify their mistakes to no avail. Need advice on how to handle this problem. myself and wife are Pensioners and now want to sell our house we can not afford this abuse from the muncipality.

Agent presented an OTP, did not explain any of the clauses in the contract besides saying it’s for banks approval for the bond and a legal binding document and nothing else. She gave us 46 pages, showed us where to sign in less than 30 minutes we than left. We were first home buyers, based on this property and unknown costs, we advised them that we can’t proceed than they pull the OTP that clauses we were not even aware of. Agent invited us to the property for signing stated that it’s a lot of pages and she has printed out all the documents. Now we were advised to reconsider or we are now liable to pay R99 .
