I’m looking to purchase a plot and I wanted a quote on how much it will cost to build 7 two story duplexes(two bedroom ,1 bathroom ,a lounge and kitchen I would like a double layor of clay brick wall (face brick) with the following measurements: Height: 6m Length: 7m Width :4m Please ignore walls inside that seperates two rooms and toilet and ignore stairs . Tenants electricity was cut off by municipality due to landlords overdue account. Landlord does not have the funds to pay the account. There is a 3 year lease agreement between tenant and landlord. Current tenant was unaware of the issue. The landlord did the same to previous tenant and kept her deposit when she moved after 3 months. They had a 1 year lease agreement. Tenant needs the electricity to be restored, if possible

This woman sold an item for me then conveniently 'lost' her wallet with her bank cards in it. Then 'someone' took money out of her account. She acknowledged the debt and said she'd pay me as soon as she sold other items on behalf of other people and made her commissions..we'll she ghosted me, stopped reading/replying to WhatsApp messages and never answered my calls. Basically she's a scammed. I've had a letter of debt sent too 2 addresses I had and both came back she no longer lives at either address. She continues to advertise items for sale via WhatsApp....
