Our house is built with break face. We want to extend a kitchen which is approximately 3.5X3.5m. We want to extend it by 1.3mX3.5m . Our garage goes has a door leading to a downstairs flat - this is separated only with drywall - it needs to be a solid brick wall if we want occupancy in the flat (fire regulations I believe). Remove drywall and replace with brick wall. In the main house we have a bathroom with bath, shower and basin and want to remodel this to include a toilet - it is outdated so take off all tile from the walls, new bath, basin and tiles - shower likely needs replacing if tiles are being replaced.
