I would like to apply for the spousal visa. Do we need to do a notarial agreement and state that we are waiting for the marriage to be registered at home affairs or can we use to abridged marriage certificate. Also advise on the costs.
We require help in regards to additions made to properties in a sectional title complex. most properties have had some sort of an additions made to the property where is is adding a roof, or building closed a braai area. These addition where done without approval or plans submitted to the municipality however it is not even know when these additions where made as many of the properties where bought with the addition in place already.
