We want to add a second story to the northern flank of this building as indicated in "lugfoto_aanbouings". In the resulting 60m^2 area, we would need a bedroom with a east-facing covered balcony and North-facing windows, a main bathroom and a baby-room. We played with concepts of A-frame type roof structures with dormer windows to the north, or a copy of the existing structure's roof on a second story. Short term, we need to know whether the house can structurally support a second story, how long such a project would take and what the cost of such additions could amount to. I'd like to erect an inexpensive 5×7 meter dwelling as the primary dwelling. It should be made from corrugated iron on the outside, a wooden frame which can hold ~ 20mm plywood as the inner wall. It can be a flat roof or a slight trussed roof. I do not want a foundation so elevated on poles or a simple mm concrete slab will suffice. This needs to be approved by the Piketberg Municipality so I don't know if you work in this region.
We are interested in putting in an offer on a property, however we would like to know whether we can do future improvements or remodelling on certain areas of the property. Bathroom and walk in closet. Staircase- actual stairs you are walking on are to narrow need to know if we can change this without doing to much damage.

Hi there, We are hoping to get in touch with one of your architects, Janet Williams. We live at 8 Sophia Street, Oranjezicht. Janet drew up plans a few years ago for a shared deck with our neighbour, that unfortunately was rejected by council. We are looking at doing a loft conversion or potentially even adding a double story to our house to create more space for our growing family, but would like to get some professional advice on the cost of doing something like this, and of course will need plans drawn up if it is feasible. My building plans were never approved due to discrepancies, even though I was under the impression they had been submitted and approved by my previous architect.Unfortunately, my original architect is unresponsive, so I urgently need a registered professional to: - Review the existing building work. - Correct and resubmit the building plans for approval. - Advise and assist with ensuring compliance with the inspector’s requirements.
The office park should have 3 offices with3 toilets and showers, one office for 2 admin clerks, a printing and photocopying room, one kitchen, two toilets for visitors, two toilets for staff, 1 boardroom for 30 people and a reception with a lobby area for visitors, 2 store rooms, one for cleaning equipments and one for stationery.
Less than sqm extension has been done in the main bedroom. The flat roof design of the house has been upgraded to a modern cross hip tile roofing. We want the drawings to reflect these additions.
