I have a tiled deck which has developed small cracks. It was built 25 years ago using a tourched on system with a slip sheet and tiled with non glazed vitreous tiles over. There are a few sections (3 levels) however only a few patches which need damp repair. 3. Painting over after damp proofing 3 separate quotes would be ideal
Scrape off all loose paint open all cracks , prime and fill Cut all expansion gaps and fill with Sikeflex Rubberseal all parapets and areas where fine crack appears Repair and use anchoring cement for all major cracks clean gutters and repaint facias Prime and seal all repaired areas Attend to damp problems Paint all wall with 2 coats of plascon wall seal on house and boundary walls Check waterproofing on roof side of parapet Optional extra ( roof special) Rubberseal ridge capping Check for broken tiles Waterproof all joints and valleys ( including garage roof Coat entire roof with 2 coats

General maintenance and repairs - please price separately per item listed below 1. Bedroom cupboard shelves need realignment or replaced where damaged 2. Bedroom cupboard doors need to be aligned or re-adjusted 3. Kitchen door hinges and/or door lock needs adjustment to close properly. 4. Washing lines need to be replaced (use nylon, not rope) 5.
