I am looking for 3 x w monochrome solar panels/ with an installtion cost. I have 6 panels but l what to slowly upgrade my current system. I want get another 5.1v a lithion ion battery to support my other battery. Unfortunately l have a 11kw invertor that is not a hybrid but that does not worry to much.
We rented out our house effective from the 1st of August. The tenants then said to the estate agent on the 6th of August that one of the spouses found a job in Capetown and they want to do an early termination. On the 7th they confirmed that they moving out on the last day of August. Then on the 12th of August they came and said they no longer going to Cape Town and have decided to stay. Mind you the next day in the 7th we had to go to the landlord we currently renting form to inform them of this and they said it’s fine we can move but then we have to pay 3 months rental as penalty for early cancellation on the 12 months lease. We had no choice to agree because we decided that we rather go back to our house instead of having other people move in as it’s our home and the plan we wanted only 1 family. The tenants now are demanding to get their deposit back , but they the ones that started all this back. We even went as far as saying they can stay for free the whole of September to cover for the deposit which a lot of people are saying no they actually are the ones that owe us. I need an expert on this matter.

I recently filed my return and received an original assessment that I believe was correct. I then submitted a change because I thought my medical aid amount was incorrect. SARS requested supporting certificates, which I supplied, and the verification was finalised without changes. Afterwards, an additional assessment was issued that now reflects an amount payable. As the underlying information and documents have not changed, I request that SARS reinstate the original assessment outcome (the refund) or provide the specific basis for the additional assessment.

My son passed on in and we had agreed that she should pay reduced rental in my flat and also the levies and municipal bills for the flat. Since she stopped paying rentals which I was willing to overlook if she paid the levies and municipal bills. I have just been contacted by the body corporate managing the place advising that she has not been paying levies either. Scope of work for costing: 1. Garage entrance needs to be bricked up 2. This changes into main bedroom with a new single wall 2.4 high being built 3. “existing” room adjacent turn into main bathroom and bets 1 bath (built in), 1xtoilet, 1xbasin, 1x walk in shower 1.5m wide and 2m long 4. All new ceilings – PVC with mm aerolite mm think pink insulation – floor area is 80 squares, as well as new cornice. 8. Electrical: New down light points = 18 led, double plugs = 6, single plugs 4x2 = 4, and 2 outside lights points 9. New water main connection +/- 60m with new pressure valve 10. All new hot and cold-water points, 16 in total 11. Move L Geyser to the outside of house and reroute hot and cold-water supply. 12. Total floor area that needs to be tiled is 11 squares; Wall tiles area is +/- 11 squares. 13. 2nd bathroom has a semi frameless shower, 1 new toilet, 1 new basin. 14. 2 new door frames with doors needs to be build in, with a double sliding door (doors open away from each other) bedroom 2 doorway. 15. All interior walls need to have cracks filled and prep for paint, walls was painted with oil paint, so old walls need to be painted with universal undercoat (2 layers) and 2 layers of Plascon double velvet. Total paintable area (interior) is squares. 16. ‘n new Sewer line needs to be installed total distance is 35 meters, and the old septic tank needs to be excavated and removed. 17. And lastly I need 1m wide paving at entrance around the house – total paving area = 20 squares (bevelled grey) Exterior work will be compiled and completed after interior work is done. So please keep in mind I have all aluminium door and windows, as well as all San ware and tiles.
