I've ruled out a leak in the inlet pipes of the washing machine and sink because the water meter is not moving but I think it might be a leak in the drainage pipe in the wall. Separate water meters for 16 units in complex. Water meter with meter box and installation and a quote for just installation. 1x bulk meter in complex. Each unit has its own water shut off valve in ground with cover. Owners to approve quotes 23 July with work yo commence August.
