Moving from a flat into a new home, majority items in storage also need to be moved. New home is double story, with balcony. 2 beds, 3 bookshelves, TV cabinet, wall cabinet, lounge suite, lazy boy, 4 desks, 2 dressing tables, washing machine, tumble dryer, dining room table and chairs, and other items to be moved. I am 65 years old. Was married for 35 years then got divorced. After some years I met my current partner. We have been living together for 4 years. I received R1million from my divorce settlement. With that money and from the sale of my motor vehicle I managed to purchase the house we are living in at the moment. Unfortunately I did a silly thing and had the house registered in my name as well as my partners name. We had a verbal agreement that if I put the house in both our names then my partner would have to share everything he had with me. Meaning we would be living as if we were married in community of property. My partner is 68 and was retrenched. He did however find other employment. Salary around R per month plus he receives a monthly pension of around R. Things are not going well between us. I want to leave him but he now refuses to give me half of his salary and his pension. Says I am only entitled to half the proceeds of the house and some household items. He has a hobby collection worth around R1million. I put money towards this collection as well. I would like to know where I stand financially with this. For example....can I claim half his hobby collection, half his salary, half his vehicle and half his pension?
Well, I had agreed to give my wife the house...but seeing what she is doing now, I want to withdraw that and by now I believe the decree of Divorce might have been obtained. The court asked her to go back to court on the 2nd of April. Which is very soon. How can we remedy that? I only agreed to give her the house as we were running away from the people that can be taking my company to court and we end up losing the property. But now she is not sleeping at home, she doesn't want to sleep with me anymore, she come home drunk on weekends...she totally changed.
It's for my son who was dismissed. He worked for 8 months for provincial government. Was dismissed for staying out. He had sick certificates as he was going through mental health issues his manager refused to approve his sick leave. He never appeared at the first hearing and was then dismissed. He appealed at ccma and got a date to appear at the department on 16 May

She went on to my phone one day and found messages that I was flirting with a lady so she have locked me out .I went to get protection order for her so she must give me guys, after the police served her ,she went to court to get protection order and lying that I have pushed her and shes not safe to live with me insurance house even though shes the one applied for the house but we all pay for the house. Now I'm renting as I have been removed from the house. Even though I was granted court order from magistrate that i must stay in the house till court date.she was not granded order but the police removed me from the house . We are buying and renovating a four bedroomed house to accommodate cancer patients who need to stay in Pietermaritzburg for treatment. Single phase and complete installation on Corrugated steel roof. Small outdoor swimming pool. Need to specify the warranty on Inverter , batteries and solar panels . 2. I am looking for a decorative and modern gate in charcoal to serve as a pergola screen as well as a gate. I don't mind if it is a double gate opening ouwards or one that I can slide on tracks. I like the look of the newer laser cut screens for gardens and pergolas. However, I do realise that gates have to be stronger than that. I am open to suggestions about materials.
