Care must be taken not to disturb healthy micro elements in the soil. Cleaning of carports roof to avoid rust causing by leaves falling on top of it. Leaf litter, general litter, and garden waste removal: The contractor shall be responsible for the removal of the day-to-day garden refuse accumulated during the maintenance process. 5.3 monthly services Cleaning of all water channels, trenches manhole grids, gullies to ensure water flows freely during rainy days. Get rid of all trees, grass along the fence inside and outside of the premises. Ensure that outside the fence, there is no trees hanging over the fence and grass must be cut about one mitre away from the fence. Minimal formative pruning will be performed by the contractor as part of general garden maintenance during the growing season on all trees and shrubs.
We are looking for a trustworthy gardener for the general maintenance of our garden: mowing the lawn, cutting hedges, removing leaves, etc. This would be necessary either every 2 weeks or once a month. Hi there, Our lovely garden in Craighall Park has been badly damaged by a tenant's dogs, and they've let the weeds grow wild. The tenants will be leaving at the end of March, and going forward with whoever moves in, we'd like to include a weekly or bi-weekly garden service in with the rent. Please could you advise on what this might cost? We will also need an initial once-off replant and clean up, to fix the edges of the flowerbeds, pull out weeds (including mulberry saplings which are terrible to try and dig out) and replant with very hardly water-wise plants such as white wild iris and wild garlic that will bounce back fast after hail, and survive better with negligent tenants. It's a moving in clean so the house is still empty. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Window cleaning and cleaning inside the oven and cupboards is required. Cleaning of the walls is also required. The living room has a high ceiling with beams and I would like the beams to be cleaned so a ladder is required. The blinds also need to be cleaned.
Hi, I live in a complex with a garden that consist only out of grass. I need a gardening service that can help with initial clean-up of relatively maintained garden and then to help with lawn weed control, especially in the back garden, and lawn-mowing and general maintenance of the garden/lawn.
