Kitchen - same floor, tiles always messy. Dishwashing. Stove does not need any cleaning. Dusting and so on as usual. Hang laundry, collect when dry and fold. We currently have one night time guard Sunday to Saturday and one day time guard Saturday and Sunday/ Public Holidays and over the Christmas closure period. This is our monthly requirement. The tenants of the flat have recently left and the walls of this sqm flat needs to be repainted. The previous paint job wasn't done so well as the painters had painted over things that weren't meant to be painted on. A stain had been left on the ceiling from a burst geyser some time back but in one of the bathrooms in particular, mould had appeared on the ceiling. The walls and ceiling of the bathroom particularly would need to be stripped and repainted.

This is an eco-estate with monitored perimeter electrical fence, and strict entry monitoring. We will be moving there around June/July. We have had armed response and alarm monitoring here in Bloemfontein for years, and will prefer to take this extra security precaution as we are two retired ladies.
