It is about 10m above a green area on sm of the plot and where i want it built for the view . and can be North facing . i want 3 bedrooms upstairs and one guest bedroom downstairs which can be converted to another room when we don't have guests . Main bedroom ensuite and the other 2 bedrooms upstairs must share a toilet and shower. Guest room down stairs must also have ensuite and their must be a single guest toilet . there must also be a spacious double garage and a wash room and staff toilet. kitchen that flows onto the open plan tv room lounge and entertainment area with a small pantry to fit a fridge and freezer and groceries (about 4 sm) Also a outside braai area and inside braai area overlooking a pool . about - sm
