I need a 5 KV inverter as I use an average monthly kWh of around and a planned increase occasionally of up to kWh per month. Then solar panels and batteries to enable that level of solar power. I need 12 LED dimmable downlighters and 2 non dimmable LED downlightables to replace halogen downlighters. My North facing pitch roof the IBR roofsheeting is 6.6m long and 11.4m wide. I have a storeroom to store the batteries, inverter etc. Just one person living at the house with long term economic usage of electricity. Must go off grid and able to increase the solar power of the house at a later date. Main house is 11.4m x 10.69m. Second smaller building of 46m2 apart from the storeroom is not used. I have a litre solar geyser and a cold water pressure inlet pump and hot water pump as we use boreholes for our water/ live in rural area. Enough power to run a 8kg Bosch frontloader washing machine on eco mode. Use of laptop, TV,cellphone phone charge and toaster Water heating g and cooking are on gas.
I currently have a w luxpower sna inverter installed , with dynessw battery . I need a price to supply and install solar panels and a bigger battery . I would like to run off the solar panels during the day . My battery currently has the ability to keep me backed up for approximately 8 hours .
Email me please. I am preparing our Body Corporate's Ten-Year Maintenance Schedule, so I need to get an idea of the cost of painting the units. We are not ready for the actual work at this stage. It would help to get the price for one of each type of unit, as our budget won't stretch to doing all the units at once. We need to repaint the one-storey units in our Complex - 15 two-bedroom and 7 three-bedroom. They will have to be painted in relays as we don't have the budget to paint them all at once.
I already have a solar system installed and operating at the moment I also have an old Solar pannel who operates for years now for my L Geyser but at this stage not so effective anymore.Have a switch close at DB board to operate Solar or Eskom. My household comprises of 5 adults and 3 toddlers. The home is a 4 bedroom home with a 2 room flatlet in the back yard. Typically we use approximately units of electricity every month. The only item of high electricity consumption is the geyser, which remains on 24/7. Cooking is done with gas stove. The electric oven is only occasionally used for baking. Other items which we require continous electricity for are: 2 normal sized freezers, 2 door fridge, washing machine, electric gate, WiFi router, TV, and basic lights and plugs. No airconditioning nor any other electricity intensive use appliances. I would like quotation for full off grid installation 👍

1. 65% of the property = cracks already opened, plastered, plaster key added and sanded. 2.30% of the property all cracks been opened. Still needs to be plastered and prepared for painting. 3. 5% Front boundary wall on the road side has had no work done and requires, opening a few cracks, filling and painting. 4. Windows and Doors need be varnished on the outside only. 5. Deck is for a small pool and needs to be prepared and varnished (8x6) 7. Double garage interior wall needs to be prepared, basic waterproofing and painting. 8. All paint required will be bought by the owner. 9. Electrical fence needs to be prepared.
Painting exterior of house and boundary walls. Boundary walls are mostly vibracrete with two being cemented. House is small, semi detached - 64 squares. Plus one full wall of garage, around garage door and part of rear wall where braai has been built. Other long wall is attached to neighbour.
