I trust this letter finds you in good health and spirits. I am reaching out to inquire about the professional services offered by estate agents in the management of body corporate affairs. Our body corporate consists of a modest ensemble of six flats, with an average monthly levy collection amounting to R4,. The information I seek is twofold: Service Costs: Could you kindly provide a detailed breakdown of the costs associated with engaging an estate agent to oversee our body corporate’s affairs? Included Services: Additionally, I would appreciate an outline of the services that are encompassed within the management fee. Understanding these details will greatly assist us in making an informed decision regarding the management of our body corporate. Your prompt response would be highly valued.

The property must be an apartment for 2 to 3 men students (3rd year). It must be walking distance from campus (m max) and in a rather secured or safeguarded area. Two to three bedrooms are acceptable. Since they have bursaries the max amount they can pay per tenant is R, making the maximum of the monthly premium R18 and min R. It can also be a house with the same conditions as above.
