Good day, I trust that you are well. I would like assistance with renovating two bathrooms. One is small and the other a bit bigger. I’m not sure now the square meters are calculated but if I can use the tiles since they’re standard tiles, I’d say that one is about m^2 and the other m^2. They both have bathtub, shower and toilet. I’d like to keep it that way with a different look which can also make the bathroom look more spacious and peaceful. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. Sincerely,
Construction of a new attached laundry room (ground floor), integrated/connected with the existing house structure. Addition of a new bathroom directly on top of the laundry room (creating a stacked, two-storey extension attached to the main house). Extension and complete renovation of the existing bathrooms in the house (including updates to tiles, fixtures, plumbing, etc.). Construction of a Pergola with a built-in braai (barbecue) area. Division of the double garage into two separate spaces (1 office, 1 garage). This will include structural integration with the current building (e.g., connection to walls, roof, and foundations), plumbing and electrical connections, waterproofing (especially for the upper bathroom), tiling, finishing, and compliance with local building regulations. The goal is high-quality, functional additions suitable for family use. Key requirement: The entire project must be completed and handed over before November to fit in with our family timeline. If your team has availability and experience with this type of attached extensions (including stacked rooms and bathroom additions), I would appreciate a quotation. I am willing to proceed as follows: Provide detailed architectural plans/drawings. Schedule a site visit to the property in Dana Bay for accurate measurements, assessment of the existing structure, and discussion of specifications/materials.
Raise or Extend part of longish brick wall which serves part of boundary wall. The second photo shows an entrance with a small gate. The wall to the left is a different face brick colour and type but The majority of the wall is as shown on the right hand side and goes around the house which is a corner property. We measured roughly 20-25m long but it is curved and goes around. There are also sections of the wall which go in and out sort of like a recess or a zigzag.
44sqm room above garage. Four walls are half done. The floor is slab from the garage ceiling. The roof will be done by roofing company. I am looking for cheapest price. Bag wash walls. Maybe even paint bricks inside. No need to chase electric or plumbing. I will need the stairs complete. The slab is already cut for the stairs. The plumbing is close. Electric is close. Looking for the best price. Please sms or email me.

Breaking into our existing double garage from our main house, bricking up the existing double garage and adding 3 doors and a stacker window, possible also a top strip window for additional light. Building a small room inside the new area using drywall for storage. Then turning the existing carport into a double garage. Also looking for a separate quote for an outside braai area with a pergola and built in seating area.quotes must include building plans, removal of all rubble and items being taken out of the house and structures.
I have dampness on two external walls in my downstairs bedroom and the wall of my garage. In the bedroom, the paint is bubbling and there is white powder (salts) on the bottom 50cm of the wall. In the garage, there are dark wet patches that seem to get worse after rain. The house is about 30 years old. I would like a free inspection and an itemized quote for a permanent solution.
