I own a property in Rustenburg, specifically in Waterval East, which I had undertaken to extend. The property in question is a single-story three-bedroom house with two bathrooms, a lounge, kitchen, and garage. I have since transformed the garage and a portion of the kitchen into a two-story structure. The core structure is in place, and the primary objectives are to rectify any previous errors and omissions to meet industry standards, as well as to complete final interior and exterior finishes, including landscaping.
