House still busy with transfer, looking at mid september occupation. Knocking out 2 walls (load bearing) and potentially placing in Lintils or I-Beams / H-Beams. replaster and paint to close up etc. The idea is to open the kitchen / lounge / dining room which are closed by walls. Can attach pictures / video when needed and have a mock floor plan with changes but open to any other ideas from your team also. I am located in JHB currently so will have to work remotely, video / pictures until we can do a proper inspection of the house in September.
