I'm looking to install vinyl flooring throughout the house. This might require the removal and reinstallation of existing BIC in Bedrooms, Kitchen, etc. Majority of the house has existing terracotta tiles that will need to be removed and I'm assuming the floors would need to be levelled before installation can happen. If budget permits, I'd also like to replace my woodend patio door with a cascading aluminium option.

Space for a small 4 plate gas and oven stove with hob, and some down lights in the kitchen. It must look modern with a clean fresh look maybe white cupboards. The house has two levels: Level 1, garages and front paving area and Level 2 is garden and main house where stair-case leads from the gate. In order to increase the bottom parking area we need to extend it by excavating the adjacent garden area which is about 2 meter high from the bottom and to straighten the staircase. The work includes excavation of garden and removal of sand & breakdown of the existing staircase and retaining wall and removal of rubble, and then building the new retaining wall and staircase according to the engineers specifications: building plans and engineer's drawings are available to see onsite.
I own a 2-bedroom flat in Morningside, Durban. I'm looking to have new carpets laid in both bedrooms, the kitchen floor redone (tiles? open to advice); taps in en-suite bathroom and kitchen replaced with heavy-duty industrial quality fittings. There also appears to borer damage to certain of the built-in cupboards, so I'd prefer some advice there too, and some wall tiling repairs to be done. I'd like to do a walk-through inspection with your principal to get an idea of what the project would cost, and an idea of how soon the job could be completed. I'm having fumigators in tomorrow, so perhaps Friday would be a good day to inspect the unit for quotation purposes. Assuming the quote is accepted, I'm looking get the entire project completed by end-September.

Ceiling and vinyl floor installation in affected areas. We are currently at a phase where we want to determine which of the proposed modifications can be accommodated within our ~R1.5million budget, with the order of priorities would be: 1. Internal changes (which would include Engineer-specification beam and columns for removal of load-bearing wall IF the roof is not restructured. 2. Roof replacement. 3. Landscaping, prieel and ground-moving 4. Garage to office conversion We have an architect to finalise the building plans, but we would like to tailor the plans to what would be achievable within our budget.
