I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out to inquire if you might be interested in collaborating with us for a 1-hour photoshoot of staff portraits at an office space in George. Our requirements for this assignment are relatively simple: We need a photographer to visit the business premises. You should provide a basic key light setup (no need for backdrops). Your task will be to capture portraits of pre-booked staff members with each booking allocated to a 5-minute time slot. These slots are booked via our system, which you would have access to. Following the photoshoot, we'll require you to upload the photos, but we will provide further details on this process. It's important to note that there is no editing of photos required. For a more comprehensive project brief, I'll be happy to send you the relevant document if you're interested in proceeding. In terms of compensation: We offer a minimum rate of R1,.00 up to the first 10 booked slots, within an hour, as slots are allocated 5 minutes each. We provide an additional R.00 for each additional booked person if there are more than 10 bookings on the day. We should mention that, in line with our agreements with other photographers, we do not cover travel expenses. However, we do make all payment arrangements within 5-10 working days after receiving your invoice, in accordance with our corporate payment policies.
