Indeed to build a second story patio, loft style and then put a flat concrete roof that has an extension front the patio to the house roof with stairs inside patio and balustrade safety because a very energetic toddler. And the concrete roof must be strong enough to hold a pool and some outdoor lounger area and outdoo kitchen and garden with lots of palm trees and other plants. Keeping in mind that in the so so far future I would like to add my bedroom in that space or other bedrooms since I will making an open plan on the main house open plan kitchen taking down one of the small bedrooms to make way for a dining table and another bedroom I will open to make my main bedroom en-suite and walk in closet. Now l need help as to how can l protect the remaining pannelsin order not to be taken again, are you having sensors which can be put to the pannels when someone touches it, it can report as an alarm. If you have alarm which can be connected to the existing alarm how much can l pay. It is urgent.
