I applied for change in existing visa condition since 04-March-, but my application is still with Department of Home Affairs (DHA) for adjudication. I was under the impression that I will get a response within 12 weeks counting from when my application was received at DHA. But it is already 17 weeks. I went to DHA, Pretoria on 12-June- to enquire about the status of my application, and to find out if additional documentation is required. But I was informed that my documentation is in order, and that I should expect a response in a week's time. Today is exactly three weeks after and I have not heard back. That is the reason I said to book a consultation with an immigration lawyer because I want to regularize my documentation, and stay fully compliant with South African immigration laws.
Concrete pool that has been built and fibreglassed. The fibreglass has peeled away from the surface. I want to do a full mosaic rather. The walls still have fibreglass on and some areas on the floor need some replastering maybe. The floor i painted with Ecorubber just to try and use the pool for the summer, so that would need removing
I have iniated this process in November last year the summons was served and my husband refused to sign and I we were to appear in court on 15 January only i turned up. I was told that I need to go to Durban court as we moved house then due to inefficient staff at that court there has been hugh delays eventually i was asked to fill out an affidavit requesting the case to be held in Verulam but the magistrate ruled that i go to the Durban High Court. Please assist to get this divorce over i am not claiming for anything my husband does not want to communicate nor respond to the summons a quick way of getting this over.

The car was bought with , km on the odometer and without any service record. We subsequently sold the car on 17 January . However, on the day the new buyer purchased the vehicle from us, he was involved in an accident while en route to Cape Town; he struck an antelope, causing damage (I am not sure if he had this repaired). Now, six months after the purchase, the buyer has contacted me with a service history he obtained from the dealer for this car, which indicates that the last service was performed at , km. It is evident that the car's mileage had been rolled back either before or while it was in GoBid's possession. The buyer now wants to return the vehicle and get his money back. How should we handle this, given that the fault did not originate with us and we had no knowledge regarding the actual mileage? Furthermore, he used the vehicle for six months and was involved in an accident with it. We have already contacted GoBid; their terms and conditions protect them, stating that cars are bought "as is" and that there are no warranties on auction vehicles.
