I have a four roomed house in a yard that has 16 meters driveway. I wish to build a garage, on top of the garage i want to erect one bedroom and an entertainment area with a generous balcony.
Extend house on all sides, with the front as double storey (current house has a gable) I want the project to be completed by approximately September .
The size of the property is m² and wanted to fit 10 rooms, each at 20.6 m² and a total of m²

Hi. I am in the process of starting a major renovation and extension on my house. I have a contractor and am specifically looking for someone to assist me with certain finishes of the house eg. new kitchen design, choosing tiles and wall colours and designing the bathrooms & lighting.
